When you think of comfort food, what is the first thing that comes to mind? Well for some, that is Macaroni & Cheese. There are so many different ways to modify to suit your preferences. That being said, how about trying it with greek yogurt? This recipe takes the traditional ingredients and throws in a few secret ingredients. Try this and let us know what you think. Happy cooking.
- Approx. 2 cups (8 oz.) pasta
- Approx. 2 cups (8 oz.) cheese
- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
- 2 cups fresh spinach (or perhaps bacon?)
- salt & pepper, to taste
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
